Yes. Just provide both addresses and contact details. We coordinate pickup and keep you updated on delivery timing.
Do I need to help load?
No. Our crew handles all lifting and loading. You only need to be present at collection and delivery to confirm the item.
What if the seller is not available when you arrive?
We recommend booking a confirmed time slot with the seller. If access is missed, a redelivery fee may apply.
Can you deliver to an upper-floor flat?
Yes. Tell us about stairs, lifts or tight access when booking and we will bring the right crew and equipment.
